My Balance is Incorrect

Your available balance to spend may not reflect the transactions for the following (but not limited to) reasons:


Preauthorized/Hold purchases. Certain type of merchants (especially Gas Stations) may preauthorize the transaction amount up to $100.00. This preauthorized amount will reduce your available funds to spend, until the merchant releases the hold.


Pending funds. There are deposits that may still be on hold. These funds will not be available to spend until the funds has completed the hold period.


Direct deposits. Some employers may issue paystubs before the funds has reached the bank. This may cause a delay in when the funds reaches Sincere.
