My Card was Declined

There are many common reasons why a card transaction may be declined. They may include (but not limited) to the following:


Your card was not activated. Open the app and tap on the card image. This will offer you an option to activate the card.


Your card PIN was not set or incorrect. Open the app and tap on the card image. This will offer you an option to set or change the card PIN.


Pending funds. There are deposits that may still be on hold. These funds will not be available to spend until the funds has completed the hold period.


Automated alerts. For our members' security, if our system detect a potential issue with a transaction, it may automatically decline the transaction for our members' protection.


Preauthorized/Hold Purchases. Certain type of merchants (especially Gas Stations) may preauthorize the transaction amount up to $100.00. This preauthorized amount will reduce your available funds to spend, until the merchant releases the hold.
