ACH Deposits

It takes three (3) to five (5) business days for the bank to release ACH deposits. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding any Federal holidays. Banks have holding periods, typically three (3) business days, to create a more secure transfer process. This is why ACH funds deposited are not immediately available to spend. (You can find the approximate release time by tapping on the deposit transaction in the app.) 

Cancel a ACH Deposit/Transfer

To cancel a ACH deposit, contact the originator of the deposit (source) to cancel the transfer.  If the funds has already been cleared by the originator, it will enter the ACH holding period. During this time, Sincere will not be able to cancel the deposit. The funds will deposited into your Sincere account once the holding period is over.
