Physical Card Activation

To activate a physical card, open the app and tap on the card image. This will take you to a screen with an option to activate the card via a barcode scanner.

The barcode for card activation is located inside the card sleeve. 

Barcode scanner not working or barcode is torn?

If you have issue with the barcode scanner (or the barcode is torn), send a photo of the barcode to [email protected] with your phone number and address. We will activate it on your behalf.

Misplaced the barcode sleeve?

Take a photo of the front of the Sincere card, next to either a driving lic or a home utility bill with an address that matches the application and send it to [email protected]. We will activate it on your behalf.
